Letter Of Intent To Invest
I would like to express my intent to invest the stated amount below to participate in the purchase and ownership of Forest Point, 104-unit Multifamily Apartment Community. I would be one of several Limited Partners (Preferred Equity) in a new entity formed for this purpose. My understanding is that the expected returns will be 12% per year over a holding period of 3 years.
This online form is not legally binding in any way, and I am soft committing until I review the legal documents; however, based on what we’ve talked about I’m very interested in participating in the Forest Point Deal
