Doug Marshall is a veteran real estate professional of nearly 40 years, more than 30 of which are related to financing apartments and commercial real estate. For the past decade he has also invested in rental properties. Doug earned his MBA at the University of Oregon and in 1999 received a CCIM designation, which many consider to be the PhD of commercial real estate. In 2003, Doug founded Marshall Commercial Funding, Inc., a commercial mortgage brokerage firm located in Portland, Oregon. He is the author of the new release The Investor’s Guide to Real Estate: How to Build Wealth and Grow Passive Income From Your Rental Properties.
